Marrakech – Imlil
Transfer from Marrakech to Imlil in the High Atlas Mountains. Arrive in the village, settle into your accommodation and use the rest of the day to relax and prepare for the trek.

Imlil – Aremd – Sidi Chamharouch – Toubkal Refuge
Leave Imlil with your local mountain guide and trek through the Mizane Valley toward Aremd village and the shrine of Sidi Chamharouch. Continue gradually uphill across rocky mountain terrain to reach the Toubkal Refuge at about 3,207 m, where you stay overnight. Walking time is around 4 to 5 hours.

Toubkal Refuge – Mount Toubkal Summit – Imlil – Marrakech
Start before sunrise for the ascent of Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa at 4,167 m. Reach the summit for panoramic views across the High Atlas, then descend to the refuge and continue back to Imlil. Your transport then returns you to Marrakech.

Bring a sleeping bag, walking boots, rain jacket, fleece, warm and light layers, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, camera, basic first-aid items, slippers and a head torch. Winter conditions may require additional technical equipment.
The guides are local registered mountain guides trained in Morocco and experienced on Mount Toubkal and High Atlas routes. They can guide in several languages including English and French.
A 30% deposit is normally used to secure the booking, with the remaining balance paid later according to the agreed booking method.
